配送ポリシ

■ 日本国内配送について
日本国内への配送は、ご注文確定後、
通常 3〜7営業日以内 に発送いたします。
配送業者は、当社指定の配送業者
（日本郵便、ヤマト運輸、佐川急便 等）を利用いたします。
配送業者のご指定は承っておりません。

■ 送料について
商品タイプおよび重量により、送料が異なります。
・アクセサリー等の小型商品：送料無料
・中型サイズ（〜500g）：350円（税込）
・大型サイズ（501g以上）：700円（税込）
送料は上記の区分に基づいて算出されます。

■ 海外配送について
海外への配送は、ご注文確定後、
通常 5〜14営業日以内 に発送いたします。
※海外配送の場合、配送状況、通関手続き、
各国の輸入規制等により、
到着までにお時間を要する場合があります。
海外配送において発生する
関税・輸入税・通関手数料等は、
お客様のご負担となります。

■ 配送状況の確認
商品発送後、発送完了メールにて
追跡番号（Tracking Number）をご案内いたします。

■ 配送遅延・未着について
天候不良、自然災害、国際物流の混乱、
通関手続き等、当社の管理外の事由による
配送遅延については、責任を負いかねます。

Shipping Policy

■ Domestic Shipping (Within Japan)
Orders shipped within Japan will be dispatched
within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.
We use our designated carriers
(Japan Post, Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, etc.).
Carrier selection by customers is not available.

■ Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on product type and weight:
Small items such as accessories: Free shipping
Medium size (up to 500g): ¥350 (tax included)
Large size (501g and above): ¥700 (tax included)
Shipping fees are calculated based on the above categories.

■ International Shipping
International orders will be dispatched
within 5–14 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that delivery may take longer due to
customs clearance, shipping conditions, or import regulations.
Any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees
incurred for international shipments are the responsibility
of the customer.

■ Tracking Information
After shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent
with a tracking number.

■ Delays and Non-Delivery
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by
weather conditions, natural disasters, international logistics disruptions,
customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
