本利用規約は、Hapeefy株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営する
オンラインストアの利用条件を定めるものです。

お客様は、本ストアをご利用いただくことにより、
本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

当社は、予告なく商品内容、価格、仕様、
およびサービス内容を変更することがあります。

決済処理は、Shopify Paymentsおよび
各決済サービス提供会社を通じて行われます。
当社はお客様のクレジットカード情報を
直接保持することはありません。

海外への配送に関しては、
各国の輸入規制、通関手続き、国際物流事情により、
配送遅延や追加費用が発生する場合があります。
これらについて当社は責任を負いかねます。

本規約は日本法に準拠し、
紛争が生じた場合には、
日本の管轄裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

“These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the online store operated by Hapeefy Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
By using this store, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The Company may change product details, prices, specifications, and service contents without prior notice.
Payment processing is carried out through Shopify Payments and respective payment service providers. The Company does not directly store customers’ credit card information.
For international deliveries, shipping delays or additional costs may occur due to each country’s import regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics circumstances. The Company shall not be responsible for such matters.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and in the event of any dispute, the exclusive agreed jurisdiction shall be the competent court of Japan.”
